We provide outbound voice AI solutions, including automated calling services and related information through our website (closecall.ai).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (Terms) as well as any other policies or guidelines we may post on the Site from time to time. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information and Availability
We strive to present accurate and up-to-date information regarding our outbound voice AI products and services (Content). 4. Additional Terms for Outbound Voice AI Services
If you engage with our outbound voice AI solutions, you acknowledge and agree to:
(a) Compliance with Laws: You will comply with all applicable telecommunications, privacy, consumer protection, and data protection laws. This includes, where required, obtaining proper consent before contacting individuals, respecting “do not call” registers, and adhering to any other restrictions or regulations that apply to automated calls and recorded messages.
(b) User-Provided Content: If you upload or provide scripts, prompts, or other content for use in our voice AI services, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, violate any laws, or contain defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful material.
(c) Call Recordings and Data: You acknowledge that calls or interactions may be recorded, transcribed, or processed using AI models to provide or improve our services. We will handle personal information and call data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
5. Conduct We Do Not Accept
You must not, and must not attempt to:
(a) breach any person’s privacy, rights, or applicable laws;
(b) use the Site or our services to defame, harass, threaten, or offend any individual;
(c) use the Site or our services for unlawful purposes;
(d) interfere with or disrupt other users or the normal functioning of the Site;
(e) introduce viruses, trojans, malware, or any harmful code;
(f) use the Site or our services to send unsolicited electronic messages (spam);
(g) extract data using automated tools without our written consent;
(h) assist or enable a third party to engage in any of the above conduct.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or restrict any rights you have that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted.
